Properites showing in Form View???

I'm sure simple solution here:

I have a form that runs on DB start-up. But now, more often than not, when it loads in form view the properties box also pops up for one of the control boxes on the form? Did I accidentally turn this option on? So basically a user will open the database and be taken to the log-in screen (start up form) except they immediately are shown that properties box I mentioned.

Any ideas?? Am I being even dumber than normal?

If you have the properties screen open when you save and close the DB it will show up when opened again. I haven't investigated it too deeply, but I've noticed this happening too.
