Qeuries by Form

Does anyone know of a good reference/tutorial that walks a user through the process of creating a Query by Form? I am not new to access but im just getting into the "coding" aspect of it. I want to design a Search Engine on a form and takes the user input and creates a query with that criteria, then displays the results in a report type view. Any help is much appreciated..

Also has anyone ever had this happen?? --> When I go to Design View of say a form, then I go to View -> ToolBox and click it nothing happens, no toolbox, button does not depress, etc. Same goes for right click ToolBox.. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

This article, if you haven't read it already, should answer your questions...

Stick your Office CD in to your drive and select Repair when the dialog box appears on the monitor. Hopefully that will fix the problem. If not, you may need to do a re-install.
