Query Criteria (link to form) being lost

Hi,

I have a form which has a combo box on it that takes its data from a query. When I open the form the query works fine and the combo box behaves as expected.

However, I have now embedded that form within another form (frm_Quotation), and now I am getting a prompt for the form. See the attached image...
