Query Design Opens website

My work computer (VDI/Citrix environment) has started acting strange. Whenever I open either a new or existing query in design view, Edge opens up, to the site in the graphic below.

I have tried to duplicate this on my personal computer (both using O365) and this does not happen. Not a big deal, its just kinda weird. As anybody experienced this or have any ideas?

None that I am aware of. Since the OP in the link you provided is also using a US Government computer, I am wondering if DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) has a setting that is causing this.
