Query - Looking for missing data

Good Morning

I have two tables tblemployees and tblmedicalforms

They are both linked by employee number

I want to pull a query that shows all employee records from tblemployees even if they do not have a record in tblmedicalforms.

Currently, when the query runs it only pulls employee records from tbleemployees IF they have a record in the tblmedicalforms.

I use access2010, and very junior when it comes to Access.

I appologize, I figured it out as soon as I hit send post. I changed the joint type.
