Query not combining and filtering values based on a form

Umm, I think you are misunderstanding the Code, it only prevents data changes to the Forms. Need a completely different set of Code to disable Design View, etc...

ADMIN is for Main Menus or Switchboards that have ADMIN sections and/or if you only want ADMINs to add new items to Combo Boxes.

Oh I see. I understand.

Do I have an ADMIN section? Do I need to have one? So if I'm set at 2 - read/write then I can't add values to Combo boxes? Meaning can I pretty much do as I please with the forms if I'm a 2? Or do I need to change to a 13?

The way it's set up you can do what you want with 2 or 13. It would up to you if you want to include an ADMIN section.

As an example, on this Main Menu of mine...

You have to be an ADMIN to get into the Program Set-Up area BUT some extra code is required. This keeps Users from *messing* up the Database Default's that have been set up.

Wow Gina, you do some really amazing stuff! That's way way way way over my head, but amazing neither the less. I'll just stick to plain old 2 or 13 for now :)
I know I've said it before but you really know your stuff. I'm so grateful and appreciative that you decided to help me. To say I could never have done this without you is a BIG understatement. Thank you so much.

No problem... that's why we're all here! :D

When you're ready it can be added into what you have, so you won't have to start from scratch!
