query percentages

hello all, can you help please, I have a query [runquery] and I has a column called [result] the column either contains the value "acc" or "rej" , what I need is find out the percentage of rej against acc , and the total of acc and rej . can you show me how please.

or would this be better achieved through VBA ? if so can you show me how please.

Yes you can do this in VBA it depends if Weghted Averages are used.

On a form or report you either Sum Result, Acc and Ref and then perform your calculations. All you do in VBA is Total Query perform the calculations and Update them to Form or Update Query.
