Let's see how clear I can make this...

I have a table for phone productivity where information is input by month. I have a table for processing productivity where info is input daily. I have a query with all of this 'happy' info together.

Problem:I need the processing information input daily to sum up to a monthly total to accompany the phone stuff for a summary rprt by month.

Hopefully this is easy, and I've hit a mental block.... it is late! Thanks so much for any assistance anyone can provide!

Use the sorting and grouping properties of the report to summarize the daily input by month. This is one of the options available when the summary field is a date.
