Querying a remote access DB

Hello There

I am new to the world of Access / VBA / ASP. I need to query a remote access db over the net and add the results to another local access db all automatically. Could anyone give me a few pointers about where to start? Would I be able to do this just using VBA or would I need to use ASP?
