I have basic knowledge of Access but am experiencing a problem. When I try to query certain data for a mail merge, it won't work the normal way. I know I am being somewhat vague, but I'm not sure what to call everything. The case status in our database is changed by choosing a different selection from drop down box. I only want to show 5 of the selections; however, because its a drop down box (i think) just putting in one of the selections i.e. "Quantum Merit" will show no records. Do I have to setup the expression differently because the data is in a drop down box? Please help ASAP!
