Hi to all!! I'm confuse with this. Where is the data being stored at the BACK END or FRONT END?:D

Your forms, queries etc. reside in the front end which is linked to the tables (commonly stored on a central server) in the back end where the data is stored.

Thanks John.. So if my Database front end is 385 MB and the Back end is 1.50 MB, and the data being stored to it Yearly is 2000 records with 9 tables which has more or less 100 fields each....How long will it last?or How many years it can be used?

Hard to say really. It's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string.

Based on historic usage you might be able to extrapolate, and calculate when you will start hitting Access's limits. Of course if anything changes radically in the way the DB is used then your calculations will go right out the window.

...of course other factors may well come into play before you reach those limits.
