Where do I set the switchboard to open automatically when you open the database?

Thanks,

Mr. Moron

tools/startup

Go to tools, startup. In the upper right hand corner is a combo box where you can choose what appears when the application is opened.

Thank you...

That was it. Thanks. Do you know any reason why forcing the start to the switch board would cause an error in the access program, force crash and backup, and request MS Error report send? No big deal I just wonder.

No

Not unless there is an error in the switchboard. Have you compiled your vba code?

yeah....

Yup. I compiled and have been playing around in all of it for a couple of days. I think its just a bug in office 2003. I knew I should have waited for a service pack before I upgraded.

asmodius,

Your 'Switchboard Items' may have corrupted. Try the followings:

1. Change 'Switchboard Items' table to a different name.
2. Change 'Switchboard' form to a different name.
3. Recreate the Switchboard using the Switchboard Manager.
4. If everything works fine, delete the corrupted files saved in 1 & 2.

Ill give it a shot hooi...

Thanks. Ill let you know what happens.
