Read Excel value into an Access variable (1 Viewer)

Im trying to read the value of an excel cell and transfer the value to an Access
variable in VBA.
Can anyone help ??

Read the file line by line and save it into a variable or Save it as text and use one of the methods you've already been given:

I have a VBA Sub I need to open an Excel file go to a defined cell read the contents back to a variable in the VBA sub.
Hope that makes it clear

But why can't your users just copy from the cell and paste into Access since it's just one cell?
