Read Only Forms (1 Viewer)

I am trying to make some forms in access read only. I know how to make tables read only under permissions, however, I cannot make the forms read only. I have five groups and five forms. I want each group to have full access to their particular form, but read only access to the other four forms. Can anyone pleeessee help me?!

From your post it sould seem that you have Access security applied. Is that correct? If so, under security you can set the groups to have permissions to forms. Go to Tools-Security-User And Group Permissions, select the Form and set the permissions. If you are doing this and you have applied security then you have set it up incorrectly and are not accessing the workgroup file on db open.
