Hi Everyone
I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem that has only just started happening.

I've been using Excel 2003 professional edition for years now with no issues when it comes to making line graphs.

When I now make a line graph, it's perfect when you make it and then if you click on Print Prieview the graph becomes narrow and tall as if it was in portrait view but narrower.

When you close the Print Preview and come back to normal view the chart remains tall and narrow and you can't widen it no matter how you try.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled office 2003 and it is still the same.

Am I being stupid here and missing something obvious or do I have a problem.

Kindest Regards

Tony

Hi
I ended up having to re-install Windows to cure the problem.
I think it was a Malware issue.

Re: Really Weird Graph Problem Excel 2003 Solved

Hi Everyone

I have finaly solved the problem.

When I reinstalled Windows 7 the problem appeared to be resolved and my graphs were back to normal.

When I reinstalled my printer which is a Samsung ML 1510 "Ouch" the problem re-appeared.

It would appear that Im using the incorrect driver which was the nearest 64 bit driver I could find, it enables me to print but obviously it has problems.

Unfortunately Samsung have chosen not to list this printer on their website so obtaining the correct the correct driver does not appear to be an option.

I have written to the CEO of Samsung and am currently awaiting a reply.

Regards Tony
