Record data from text to table

What i have is a program that runs through a telephone switch a records available numbers to a text file that looks something like this

area code prefix last four
333 333 3333
444 444 4444

what i would like to do is just take the prefix and last four and put into a table in one field named numbers
Numbers
3333333
4444444

I think i need to run some kind of loop and I'm able to open the file but i don't really know where to go from there ie. add the record skip spaces can any one recommend a link or any help would be appreciated

Never mind found an easier way to do this
