Hello - I'm hoping someone can help me to understand how this works.
I have just opened my database (stored on a shared network) on 2 PCs.
PC1 has the full version of Access 2010
PC2 has the runtime version
The Options are set to Record Locking - all Records
Both PCs entered the same record (with no warnings), PC2 then entered data into a field (no warnings). On trying to Save PC2 got an error message and then Access crashed.
On returning back to PC1 the data entered on PC2 was there on my screen, automatically refreshed, again no warnings or messages to say the record had changed??
