Records Database

Hello, all! I am new to this site, so forgive me in advance if I goof up. I found a employee training records database on this site, and it is just what I need to get started tracking training. The only issue that I am having is that the training matrix will not populate but only employee. What am I missing. The file that I found is attached.

I play with this a little and found it worked better when I opened it from Access rather than just double click on it where I experience all sorts of bugs. I wasn't getting any matrix until I add some training requirements. Then it flashed a matrix that look promising and then opened Excel where I was prompted for a password. I could find anything in the Word document that's with this about passwords. So I was totally thwarted.

Hello, sneuberg ... Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, it does the same for me, but it only pulls one employee. How do I get it to pull a training matrix for all employees for required training (recertification)?

I don't know. Aren't you running into that password problem I was having. Without a password I couldn't use that matrix feature at all.

What version of Access are you using?

The database does how some code issues and will not compile.
