Recordsets - one access report to multiple files

I did post a mock up db..... see prior posts. And I thanked you numerous times for your help.

If you can show me where to put the if len statement in my code.. .
I would relate this back to the point where I requested that you should post a mock up db. This is a normal request on any technical forum, again you're new here so you probably don't know how it works. If you didn't feel comfortable with uploading your db, we would have advised how we want the db uploaded and what pieces of information we need.

I didn't realize what you were asking. I thought you just wanted my vba... If I understood that was what you were asking I would have asked more questions on what and how to upload it.

You probably attempted to post a mock up db but that didn't get upload. Look through all your posts. When you post a db, let us know that you've done so and if there any issues we'll inform you and advise what the best steps to upload a db are.

I haven't done this before and have no clue what you want or expect! Please advise.
Thank you

Thank you for the information..

My database has sensitive info in it and I am not permitted to share it.. You had mentioned in a prior thread about asking for what pieces of info is needed.

Create a copy of the db, delete the irrelevant objects (i.e. tables, forms, no reports, no macros), empty the tables, enter some test data, compact and repair, zip and upload the file.
