Recovering lost database

Hello all:

Does anyone have any idea how to recover a lost MS Access 2000 file? I accidently deleted it from our file server and of course it can't be found in the Recycle Bin. Running a Win 2003 platform.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

look up "volume shadow copy" and hope it's configured on your network..
