reference an ActiveX control

Hello,

Can someone explain how to reference an ActiveX control? I've placed an Excel spreadsheet on my form and I would like to reference it in VB to obtain the data in the spreadsheet. I'm familiar with referencing subforms(Form!MyForm.Subform.Form), but I'm guessing that there is more to it than that with ActiveX. Any ideas? Thanks.

I've never imported an excel spreadsheet, but other ActiveX controls I've worked with were simply Forms!MyForm!MyControl.Property

Now, can I reference the cells within the spreadsheet in this way?

Forms!frmTitle.oleExcel.cells(1, 1)???
