Refresh Open form when another is closed... (1 Viewer)

Ok i Have a Customer form showing customer details, with a sub form datasheet showing Customer Jobs.

From the customer form you click a button to take you to a Jobs Form showing the job details for each job for that customer.

When i create a new job for that customer and close the Jobs form you are taken back to the customer form which is still open in the back ground.

The updated data from the jobs form will not show on the customer form sub form with out pressing F5

I have tried various macros on got focus for requery and refresh also on the close button on the Jobs form but getting no where any ideas?

I used some vba on the after update box as follows [Forms]![frmCustomerNew].requery

Not sure if this works or not, it seems to do something as when i close the form in front to go back to the customer form its now on the first record as apposed to the customer record i was looking at...
