Junction tables can have FK for each related entity.You have a choice re PK. I prefer to create a PK autonumber for the Junction Table. Then create a unique composite index from the fields making up the FKs. This prevents duplicates.

Some people make a PK (composite PK) out of the FK fields.

Notice the difference in
a) unique composite index
b) composite PK
