Ok, so I think I wasn't specific enough in my previous thread, maybe that'll help.

Main data subform contains fields PO Number field, date field, supplier field, etc
Other one Assignments form containes PO Number field, assignment number field, visit date field etc.

What I'd like to achive is when I click on PO Number field in Main data form I'd like to see the same PO Number and related items in Assignment form.

does that help at all?

Main data form is in From view assignment form in datasheet view.

It looks like your first issue is trying to reference a value from a datasheet view, which may be possible but I'm thinking not. I would opt for a continuous records setup...
