I have a database with Around 13 tables in it. These are for invoices from different Vendors

I needed to know how if I created a table with a list of sites how I would by using relationships make a table that has a list of all the sites and then when you click on the PLUS SIGN to the left it would show all the invoices for that site no matter by waht vendor.

I can do it with just one vendor but when I add more none of them seem to work. Any suggestions

Am I right in thinking that you have 13 different tables, one for each vendor's invoices?

If so, you might have given yourself a problem.
You could have put all the vendor's invoices into one table and added a field to identify which vendor and one to identify which site.
That way your query would be very simple.

I would be tempted to recreate your tables, if I were you...

not really the answer I wanted ....I understand with one table I could just as easily done that but there is problems each vendor has differnet informatoin that I am required to fill in

Plus I am not the one who is in the end going to be putting the data in

Sorry brenkenathan,

I am at a loss for a solution for you. At our University we use upwards of 2,500 suppliers but the data for the invoices is held in one table.
If the differences aren't too great, I would still consider the one-table option. Perhaps by modifying the fieldnames in some of the tables to match other table fieldnames?
