Removing a button from record selector

Is there a way to remove only the add new record button on a form? I want to only have the navigation buttons on the bottom of the form just not the add new record button. I know I can make my own buttons but I wondered if this was possible. Thanks..

Sort of

Basically just go into the data tab for the form and do not allow additions. This is disable but not remove the button.
