removing blanks in crosstab query

I have a crosstab query that has time with games scheduled against it on multiple courts. Can I remove the blanks so that all games show only in a single timeslot instead of 3 the same timeslot. I have attached a jpg of the result so you can see the problem. This may be possiable to format in a report but unsure.

I think it's to do with your table structure. I tried to recreate your jpeg with a simple table with 3 fields: Time, Court, and Match. The crosstab from this looks fine.
