Replacing text in a Memo field (1 Viewer)

Hi

I am trying to figure this out

Form A.
Button A.

Text field A.
Memo field A. (Plain text format)

Text in Memo field A. “Hi all, we have just spotted locomotive <>..."


By clicking on Button A i want to replace “<>” with the text in the text field A. Also..does anyone have any recommendations for some good instructions in setting up Access-Outlook functionality?
