replication with password protected machine

has anyone got any idea how to replicate an access database with a machine which is password protected.

I have used replication now on several machines with W98 and W2000. These have passwords required for shared folders, etc. Is that what you mean?

There doesn't seem to be any problem getting the replication or synchronization to work.
