Report chart from query not working

I have a query where i enter a start date and an end date to work out total profits for campsites, i add a chart select the profits query and preview the chart it shows up correct when i enter dates then I finish it when it actually displays the chart it comes up with East, West and North and a key with 1st qtr 2nd qtr 3rd qtr and 4th qtr

Whats wrong?

So, when you are in design view it gives you this, but when you actually run the report it shows fine? Welcome to Access Report Charts ... those values are basically placeholders, I believe.

When i set the chart up and before I finish it click on the option to preview it shows correct but when i run the report and in designview it is these place holders.
