Report cutting data short

Hi all,

Got a problem with a report im running. The table has memo fields to cope with the amount of text (cause it may need to go over 225) but when I run a report based on it it cuts the data short.

The table in question is TblMedication
The query is QryMedsFurtherInfoSheet
The report is RptMedsFurtherInfoSheet

I have attached it with some fake data for testing with the issue actually in place.

The problem is that you have the group by in the query, if you need the Max for the MedsID, then you have to find it on another way.
