Report Dilemma (1 Viewer)

I have a split database. The front end is distributed to about 150 people. Everything has been working as it should. However, this week I have 2 users who are getting the "The section width is greater than the page width" error when opening/printing a specific report. The report will have 4 pages instead of 2. I do not get the error - nor do the other users. The FE interface is the same for everyone. Why would only 2 users be having this problem?

One possibility is they are using/connected to a different printer than the rest of you.

Another possibility is that for their default printer, even it if is the same one you are using, they recently changed resolution and saved it.

Yes. Everyone is connected to a different printer. They are in different cities in 3 different states. The odd thing is that this application has been in production for about 3 years and the issue just started occurring this week. I will compare printer settings. Thank you.

You can see if they experience issues if they set the printer to PDF.

Any chance the errant printer is set to a different type of paper than you develop for? Say something like "One printer is set for A4, but you developed for 8.5 x 11 inch"? This kind of issue normally appears when no one tells you "Hey, we got new printers!"
