Report field borders not showing when exported to word

Hi Guys and Gals,

Ok, I have a few reports that will need exporting to word but i cam accross a snag. when they are exported with the data in them the fields borders are being stripped. i need these borders for a consistant look in my DB.

I am using the built in funtion of access to export the report into work but it exports them in RTF (Rich Text Format) could this be the problem.

Exporting your report to word does not keep the format of your report as it is in Access, you can however achieve this using VBA.

The link you gave is OK however the problem with the examples given, you have to use a reference to the supplied MDE file, of which i believe a great deal of users would not want to do, does anybody have an answer which does not include referencing to somebody elses DB, I know that when i deploy my DB i don't really want to send out some other MDE file with it.
