Report format not staying

Report format not staying, I searched but please help...

I have a report that is set to print on legal paper. It worked for awhile, but now whenever any user opens it up, it goes back to letter sized paper. I unchecked the auto correct thing, but still no avail?

Any suggestions?

are these users on different machines accessing your db through a LAN? If so the printer setting would change from machine to machine

I had a similar problem with the report margins automatically being reset to the defaults. I don't know if your problem is related but in case...

they are on different pc's, however i've changed format on each pc itself and they still dont work?

The link RichO posted doesn't seem to be working but the problem is a known bug with A2k. You can resolve the problem in one of two ways.

1. Update Office with the latest service packs. I believe that sp2 fixed the problem.

2. Turn off all the Name AutoCorrect options. Open Tools/Options/General to get to them. You may still have to reset all the margins one more time. But this feature is the one with the bug causing the problem.
