Report fuction

The standard report toolbar has 'Analyze with Excel/Word' button that sends the report to the Excel or Word.

Can I control the location where the file is being sent?
And one more question, on the report I have a check box, but when I send it to excel using that report button, that field with the check box does not show up

Please advise
