Please, please, please, someone help me before I pull every last strand of hair out and smash my computer to bits.
OK, maybe that's a little extreme but to say I'm frustrated is an understatement.
I am building a call monitoring database for a call centre and want to give them a series of statistics on a weekly basis, in one report, and therefore have written a query which holds all the information I require, including a date range instruction.
However, no matter how much I have tried I cannot get the information to group the way I want it to group. I need it to look like the following:-
Results
Sales 2
NIAP 4
NIBP 2
Call Back 4
Scores
Compliant 14
Non Compliant 25
Sales
Sales 44
Non Sales 16
etc etc.
I have tried grouping, inserting sub reports which don't work, and then trying to overcome the amount of times that it is asking for the date range when I open the report.
I would really appreciate some help on this - it may be something quite easy and I may just be over-complicating it but surely access isn't that inflexible - is it?
Thanks in advance,
Donna
