Hello

I want to insert a table like view in my report.I've have 4 fields in my report and they are of different length.I made my text boxes shrink and grow.Now, After each record, i should have a horizonatal line and after each column i should also have a line.I tried with inserting a line, but it is not continuous.I get breaks in between.
How to rectify this?

I would set the fields to a constant width - experiment to find one that is wide enough to contain the largest field you're likely to have. Use the line tool to draw one continuous horizontal line under all of the fields.

For the vertical lines, you need to make sure that the only thing in the detail section of the report is the table (you can put the title and column headings in a page header). Use the line tool again to draw your vertical lines. Make sure they are all the same height, the height you want each cell to be. To make sure you don't have spaces in the lines, they must run from the very top to the very bottom of the detail section.
