Report not printing graphic

I'm running Access 2003 on Windows XP SP2

I have an Access 2000 report with an embedded graphic which printed fine when I had Access 2000 installed. I've now upgraded to Access 2003. The graphic shows in 'print preview' when I run the report, but does not print to my HP deskjet. I have reinstalled both Access and my printer software with no joy.

I can export the report to a PDF file and the graphic is visible, but if I export to Word the graphic is again missing.

Can anyone throw any light on this mystery for me please?

Thanks

Philip

Are you running the inkjet in draft or economy mode to save ink? That will do it. Print in normal mode to see the graphic.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I have an inkjet and I have reset both the default and current print settings to 'normal' but still no graphics appear

Are you using Norton for security? A client of mine had trouble printing graphics because of some setting in Norton once.

Re conflict with Norton programs

Many thanks for the suggestion. I do run Norton Internet security.

I've given this a try and disabled all Norton applications but it still doesn't print, I'm afraid
