Hello everyone.

I have created a report in Access with a pivot chart by inserting the form that contains it. I use a graph in vertical columns, and I need the value of each column in the chart (label data).

The problem arises when the graph has several series, since it only reflected the label data from one of the series.

I hope that somebody can help me.

Thanks

Could you show a printscreen of what you want?

Thank you JHB.

I hope this will help me with the problem.

I've made a description in the attachment.

Thank you JHB.

The problem is that the company has 4 different workplaces and more then 20 workers. Most workers go only to one workplace, but some of them work 2 days in one and 3 days in other one.

I have done the report, starting with one workplace and having one page for each worker. At the finish I have more then 20 different pages. In each page I have on the top the average sales for Type G and above the average sales for type C.

The first 3 pages are OK. All of them are from WPlace1. On the 4th, the worker has 2 wplaces. We can only see labels from the 1st bars, but I need all of them.

You can see it in the attachment.

I solved the problem building a query and a report for each worker. It works slowly but it works.

Thank you.

Hmm - did you set it up as I showed you in the attachment, (each set of columns, it the picture you show, the blue column, see edit)?
If you can't get it, post a stripped database with some sample data, (zip it).
Edit:
Or set it for the whole graph, see the below picture.
