Hi,

I am new to MS ACCESS.
I knew nothing about it till i sat down and played with it yesterday.
I am creating a little program for a small business of mine.
I have made the Tables and the Forms and they work fine. I have a button on
the bottom of one of the Forms (Print Invoice) When i click this it prints
all the records in the table.
How do i set it so it only prints an invoice for the record it is showing in
my form?

Here is a screenshot of my form:

Once i get this working i want to have a form set up where i can enter a
vehicle rego or any other detail and it searches the database and prints that
record or views it.

Cheers,
Scott

Use an invoice report which uses the same record as is being displayed. You can do this via a unique key of the record being displayed.

Print report with createria

DoCmd.OpenReport "InvoiceReport", acNormal, , "[InvoiceNo]=" &
Me!InvoiceNo
