Report problems with %

I am trying to make a report pull information from the same table

Year status = Graduated dType = MPH and MidC = 1 and then give me the % of MPH that has midC=1

I need to do this for every year recorded in the MPH Year field

then a secondary

Year status = Graduated dType = CPH for every year recorded in the CPH Year field
