Report question

I created a form based on survey results. The form has dropdown lists for answers to the questions with possible choices of "yes" "no" or "NA" plus one rating question that has a range from 5 down to 1. I now need a report that tells me how many people said yes, how many said no, etc. and on the rating question how many people said 5, 4, etc. I have no idea how to create this type of report. Can anyone tell me how? Also, I'm sure it will involve an expression or calculation of some sort which are foreign to me. I haven't used Access in this capacity before. Please help!!!

Create a query for your report and use the count function under each of your answer fields. That should give you what you are looking for.
