Report with embedded image - Where is the image?

I have a report where the Property Sheet for Report under the format tab shows Picture Type = Embedded and the Picture = (image). I have no idea where the image is or where it came from. How do I find that embedded image and use it in other reports and forms?

Did you press the Elipse button *[...]* next to (image)? What happens when you do that?

That is the puzzle. The drop down is blank. See the attached pic. I am trying to capture the graident header of the report to use in other reports and forms..

I don't know wheere the image came from but I use my own images and NEVER embed them, always linking them.

Here is one of my images I use. Word of caution using images on the attached to Form causes serious flicker problems. You need to place an image object in the header if you want to use them.

If you know Photoshop these images are easy to make.
