I hope someone can help me. I have a problem with a report which is providing monitoring information for projects which contains two subforms providing monitoring information for each project by year eg total jobs, total new jobs, etc.. I have a dialogue box which pops up and asks the user to input a project name before the report displays.
The problem is that myself and my colleagues can view this report perfectly but my customer can not. I can also view the report perfectly if I map onto their server. However, my customer is getting the right results from the report for the majority of the projects but some of the reports are coming out with the headings only.
I thought it might have been the way in which MS Access 2000 was installed on their machines but I reinstalled a full version and the problem is still happening.
Also why would it only affect a few of the projects results rather than all of them?
I have tried creating the report again and the problem is still happening.
Any suggestions would be most grateful as this problem is proving to be a real headache!!!!!
