Reporting from a Cross tab query

How do I do a report with a dynamic field name such as date. I have a cross tab query that uses a Date - 1, Date -2 and so on. The problem is the Dates in the query will change everyday which is expected. I need to know how to do a report with a field name that changes everyday...any help would be greatly appreciated
