Reporting

Currently I am creating reports in my desktop Access 2016, where the data I'm using is linked to our Access Web App in Office 365. This is a fine solution if I am the only person creating and running reports and I am the only person in our organization who knows how to use Access. We would like to give users in our other location the ability to create and run reports as well without needing to learn Access. I'm looking for suggestions for the programs that would make this possible. Since I am now wading into an area that is beyond my knowledge base, finding a cloud based reporting solution is confusing me.

Is your backend data in SQL Server / Azure ?
You could look at SSRS - it can be run from a web browser.

With 365 the data is in Azure.
