Reports are causing Access to crash

I am not sure what you mean by a not in query. The difference between the computers is that Vista didn't have an issue, but XP did, both versions of A07 SP2. The OS doesn't explain this, because one the computers at our office has Vista, and it was having problems. The computer that did not have an issue was outside of the office, and my laptop, both with Vista.

this is what i mean by a "not in" query.

but i doubt it's your issue - more it sounds like a 'work' thing - i.e., maybe there's something about the work computers that doesn't allow for this to work properly - it's very strange, and i can't think what it might be... sorry.

actually - could it be something about enabling macros, or trusted locations? does your header have any VBA associated with it? somehow i doubt it's that, but it's something that popped into my mind.

I think it is just the computers. If it were my db, then it should happen on any computer.
