Hi,
My report is printing out duplicates on some records.
The report is derived from a form that also has a subform, which contains 1 or usually 2 names.
What is happening is that when the report is printed it may printed it is duplicating the record number several times if that record has multiple names.
example
record 1 - john doe
record 2 - mary
record 2 - john doe
how can i prevent it from printing record 2 - john doe.
I only want the first subform to print out
