Can you generate a report from infromation on a table.

i.e. I select the infromation from a table and then click on it so it can be printed as a A4 sized service report (fomatted as a service report)??

The answer is of course yes because all data in access is held in tables.

Best practice would be to select the data you need in a query and base the report on the query. You will need to give more information before we can give you a more detailed answer.
