Require assistance with "SubForm's"

I want to get rid of the bit at the bottom

, as having a sub form there is 2 of these Record parts and i don't need them!

the Record bit I am refering too is the part at the bottom of the form that you use to move between records. I need to remove this from the form

Open form in design view, select form properties, under the Format tab you will see
a title: Navigation Buttons set to No
